| These pages were launched in 1998, the Improvement Club's centennial year, celebrating 100 years of service to the community of Annandale. In keeping with the club's mission, it has donated objects of art, planted gardens and filled planters with flowers in the summer and greens in the winter. Cornstalks decorate the canopy posts on main street in the fall and wreaths hang there at Christmastime. Wonderful programs are presented all year round. The Annandale Improvement Club continues to contribute many volunteer hours in the library and lends financial support when needed. |
