- ACT Finances for 2005 reconciled (Eric & Dawn)

- Treasurer's Report approved

- Approved January meeting notes

- Rose Mary and Laura working on final edits to 501c3

- Quarterly reports due the end of March, to Initiative Foundation. (Forms were emailed to team leads)

- Business Expo coming up on April 8, groups should think about what they want to do.

- Approved purchase of 2 booths for the Expo
