The Head Start program a non-profit preschool program serving income eligible families with children ages 3-5. It is our goal to offer the children and families opportunities to learn and grow in an age appropriate and safe environment. Activities centered around health, education, nutrition and socialization are focused on children's growth and development in language, literacy, math, science social functioning, creative arts, physical skills, overall learning abilities and more. We focus on 3 main ideas: Parent, Family and Community Engagement, School Readiness, and Overall Health and Well-Being.
The Annandale Head Start Center serves families from Annandale and Maple Lake.
