ANNANDALE IMPROVEMENT CLUB (AIC)
ANNUAL ACTIVITIES REPORT

June 2018-May 2019

Elected Officers:  Co-presidents - Denise Froelich and Toni Boie; Vice President - Kathy Mader;
Co-secretaries - Judy Seaberg and Jill Bishop; Treasurer - Aleta Issacson

Activities Overview:  Most meetings were held at St. John’s Lutheran Church with lunch catered by Cottage Gourmets. Our summer plantings included our rings and gardens in town, at the park and the new city cemetery. Rings were filled with greens by the end of October. We had a booth at the Annandale Business Expo and took a trip to the Minnesota State Capitol in St. Paul. A revision of the AIC Bylaws and Guidelines was passed in October, 2018. Membership Directory update packets were distributed in the fall. An AIC brochure with member information was created. Two $1000 scholarships were presented to Annandale High School seniors. Funds were raised by greeting card sales, meat raffles, the August meeting event, and dues. Dues are $25 annually.  AIC has $6,212.87 plus $8,092.91 in CDs.
