Artist Comments:
Every year as the Iris bloomed in a small garden that belongs to a
neighbor of ours on Lake Sylvia, I would drive past it and say,
"That is beautiful, I need to paint it". Finally
one year, I hauled my watercolor supplies over there, sat down and
painted the scene. I love to look at, smell, and paint Iris.
