Improvement Club
Those serving as officers for the year were as follows:
There were 61 names of the roll with an average attendance of 40.
We had a varied and interesting program schedule for the year.
The trip to the Alexander Ramsey House for a Christmas tour and luncheon
was a delight.
The sale of wreaths was successful with the recommendation to order more
next year.
It was voted to buy 300 cookbooks at the beginning of the year, and the
sale of the books is moving ahead very well.
The library is a very busy place especially in the summer.
Books as well as videos are in great demand.
It was voted to construct a new book drop, and work will begin soon.
An Art Show for Centennial is a summer event for the Club--also $100.00
donation.
All in all, a good year.
