2.  Dinner, Dance, Silent Auction has a theme for this year: The Bootlegger's Banquet.  This event will be held Saturday August 5 at Reichel's Event Center.
We discussed possible Emcee's and came up with a list of 5 people that we can ask.  Marlene Dingmann put together packets for the silent auction.  When requesting items for the silent auction please use the receipts, thank you's that she has put together.  Let me know if you need some.  Laura will be developing a brochure for the event that will be available to give when requesting silent auction items or selling tickets.  Tickets will be available soon to sell.  We will have only 250 tickets to sell.  Watch your email for their availability.  We need everyone to work on the ticket sales!  The deadline for silent auction items is July 15.  Kathy Wenngatz has agreed to catalog the items and prepare the auction sheets.  It is not to early to ask and collect items.
Decorating.  We are discussing ideas around the bootlegging theme.  Anyone doing research into local bootlegging brands, history please bring your information to our June meeting.
