MEETING NOTES
April 7, 2005
APRIL MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 7, 2005
1. Discussed the Business Expo. We were pleased
with our signage and booth. A special thanks to all that
"manned" the booth. A few raffle tickets were sold and people
were informed of the upcoming dinner dance.
2. The "Sneak Preview" of the stage went
very well. We are looking forward to having the sponsorship decals on
the stage as well as "Annandale" displayed proudly.
3. Summer Concert Series. Dawn Schaefer
Stumpf has done a fantastic job scheduling the concert series. It was
decided to hold the series in the park. The first concert will be June
17th: The Annandale Community Band under the direction of Ken Rudolph.
The full schedule will be published in the Summer Guide.
4. Raffle Tickets: Each member has tickets to sell.
Tickets are also available at a Karen's Hallmark, Millers Jewelry, MCP,
The Snooty Fox Gallery and In Hot Water Coffee Shop. Remember to turn
your money and ticket stubs in to Mike/ or Mary at MCP. To sign out more
tickets go to MCP as they are the "keepers" of the tickets and
accounting. The group set a goal of 800 tickets sold by July 4.
5. The group decided to rent the stage to the Wright
County Sesqui-centennial celebration for the Annandale rate. Ken Rudolph
who is on that committee will work out the details with Mark Casey.
OUR NEXT MEETING WILL BE THURSDAY MAY 5 AT 5 P.M. AT THE SNOOTY
FOX GALLERY.

us a total of tickets sold to date?
2. Donated Quilt- expenses, update etc.
3. Summer concert series- concessions?
Our meeting will conclude by 6 p.m. due to the 4th Grade vocal
concert that night.
