ACT

1. Discussion regarding having a "Sneak Preview" party to celebrate the arrival of the Portable Performance Stage. This party would be held Thursday March 31 from (6:30-8:00) at MCP. The advertising logos will be on by then. Refreshments would be served. The people invited would be ACT members, ACT Arts and Culture Members, City Council Members, Chamber representative, Heart of the Lakes Triatholon Members, Kathy W. Family Foundation, other donors, Work Group planning the fundraising dinner/dance.

2. Reviewed Monticello's ARtsCulture brochure.

3. Reviewed The fundraising Dinner/Dance that is scheduled for October 1.

4. Raffles: Mike Z. will be following through with the Application to the State of Minnesota. Prize to be raffled will be a trip. Cost is $50.

5. The group designated $600 of the money raised to date to use for administrative costs such as the application fee for a raffle.

6. No Pull Tab report.

7. Down payment was made to Plymouth for the Stage.

8. Dawn S. to check the Central Minnesota Arts Board for opportunities (grant).

9. Grantwriting group- Don Gadow is working on the Application to Wright Hennipen.
