ACT

1. Mark Casey presented the final draft of the Portable Performance Stage Policy for review and comment. The group after providing input approved the policy. It will go before the City Council for approval.

2. The group reviewed the Raffle Ticket project. A draft of the ticket was presented for comment and suggestion. The group approved the ticket design. Mike Z and Jeff L will move forward with printing of the tickets. Mike Zieska will coordinate the tickets from his business location at MCP. We have 1,000 tickets to sell at $20 per ticket. We need all members to assist with this process. Charlene S. has designed beautiful posters/flyers to advertise the Raffle. She will pursue copies of the posters. They will be distributed throughout the community.

3. Dawn S. gave a report on the summer concert series. The series will start with The Annandale Community Band on June 17, she and other members of the group will work on A BROADWAY REVIEW to show 7/22. She is working on two other groups that will cost a fee.

6. We will have another meeting TUESDAY MARCH 29 AT 6 P.M AT THE SNOOTY FOX GALLERY to review items for the business expo and the Stage unveiling.
